Urgent: Senior Permanent Way Leader (Contract/ Permanent)
This leading multi-disciplined engineering consultancy, is seeking to expand its Permanent Way (PWay) Unit. Based from their Midlands office, this global firm also has a presence in over 70 countries worldwide. They require a PWay Team Leader to be part of this true multinational consultancy either in a Permanent or Contract basis to join their team working on establishing and building innovative solutions.
Working within a close-knit team, which has a horizontal structure allowing flexibility of approach, you will also be expected to occasionally work from offices within the UK as well as continental Europe.
You will be working with a business which has a strong reputation and outstanding track record in the planning, design and delivery or effective rail solutions, they are currently working within a number of exciting projects such as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link.
Requirements:
To be eligible to apply for this position you should:
·Be flexible to work within various offices within the UK
·Have an extensive experience working within PWay and the Railway infrastructure
·Be an excellent communicator, ability to manage people within different skill level
·Have a high level awareness of commercial costs and impacts
·Have experience of building client/ customer relationships
·Be degree qualified preferably have or working towards your post graduate or equivalent
·Be Chartered or in the process of obtaining Chartership or equivalent
