BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate shall have experience and be able to lead a team involved in the FEED phase of an onshore UK refinery / petrochemical project involving the design, specification, integration and interfacing of safety aspects

- Large FEED package preparation
- HSE Team leadership
- Process Safety experience at Project Definition / FEED phase
- PHAST
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
The candidate shall be able to lead a team involved in the FEED phase of an onshore refinery project involving the development of a FEED package from Process Licensor process packages
- Sufficient experience in oil & gas design contracting essential and proven job leading ability required.
- Deliverables include:
- Hazardous Area Classification.
- PFP Specification
- F&G Specification
- Fire Protection Specification
- Preparation of Fire Protection Plan
- F&G Layout preparation
- Supervising noise control activities
- Supervising Environmental permitting activities
